Project and Award Coordinator

Save the Children Australia is looking to hire a Project and Award Coordinator to support the Pacific Regional Operations team in delivering development and humanitarian programs across the Pacific. Responsibilities Coordinate award management processes across the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with donor requirements. Monitor project performance, budgets, and risks, and support reporting and analysis. Collaborate with Country Offices and cross‑functional teams to ensure strong project delivery and coordination. Support donor compliance, including contract reviews, reporting requirements, and audit processes. Contribute to program development, capacity strengthening and emergency response efforts across the Pacific. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in project and/or award management. Strong financial literacy, including experience in budget monitoring. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing. Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across cultures and teams.
