Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Head of Finance Operations (Tampa Bay Area – In Office/Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly analytical, business-minded finance leader to join Evitalin (our Management Services Organization) and partner closely with our CEO.

This role will oversee and elevate the finance function across multiple entities, including our pharmacies and related business partners.

We already have strong accounting coverage (AP, AR, and senior accounting leadership).

Now we need someone to own financial operations, forecasting, and performance visibility across the organization.

What you’ll own:

• Budget vs. actual reporting across entities
• Financial forecasting (revenue, expenses, cash flow)
• Cash planning and liquidity visibility
• Building and improving financial models and reporting infrastructure
• Oversight and optimization of AP/AR processes across entities
• Partnering with accounting to ensure accurate, timely financial data
• Delivering clear insights and recommendations to leadership

Qualifications:

• Must be local to the Clearwater, Fl area
• Strong experience in Excel and financial modeling
• 5+ years experience in FP&A, finance, or operational finance roles
• Understand how accounting operations (AP/AR, close) function in practice
• Can operate across multiple entities or business units
• Comfortable working directly with executive leadership
• Think like a business operator, not just a scorekeeper

Organizational Impact: This role is designed to build the next level of financial discipline and operational insight across our organization. The Head of Finance Operations will create visibility into performance, identify opportunities hidden in the data, improve financial processes, and help leadership make smarter, faster decisions across our pharmacies and business partners.

Work Environment: The primary work location is designated as the Largo office, but may require periodic travel between pharmacy locations to support accounting coordination, workflow planning, or training initiatives.
