Summary:

• Oversees the activities and systems that support the overall development effort including gift processing, database management, donor information and data analysis, communications and vendor relationships.
• Responsible for all aspects of donor and patient information management.
• Organizes, extracts and analyzes donor and patient data for multiple activities, orchestrates donor stewardship activities including gift processing and acknowledgment, and oversees the IT function and equipment.
• Has responsibility for quality control and data integrity and confidentiality.
• Develops policies, procedures and system documentation. Serves as liaison to and relationship manager for vendors and other departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years - Database Management; Or - 5 years - Information Systems; Or - 10 years - Related experience in lieu of Bachelors.
• Salesforce experience

Location: Countryside Corporate Center

Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: No
