Job Type: Locum to Perm Profession/Specialty: Physician Cardiology: Non-Interventional Coverage Location: Mercy Health Tiffin Hospital, Tiffin, Ohio Dates of Coverage: September 12 - ongoing Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8a-5p, outpatient clinic. Inpatient consults. Cardiac testing readings such as echocardiograms, nuclear stress tests, EKGs Call Coverage: Yes Call Type: Beeper/Phone Call Call Ratio: 10 days per month after hours office call, ER call-phone calls only Average Amount of Call Back Hours: zero # of Providers Needed: 1 needed. Yes, can be multiple; however prefer a limited number for consistency Reason for Coverage: Physician Resignation Practice Setting(s): Clinic, Outpatient/Hospital-Based Leadership Position/Required to Teach: APP collaboration Patient Population: 100% aged 18 and above % Outpatient vs Inpatient: 90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient Average # of Patients Per Day: Hospital consults--2-3/day; Clinic patients/day-16-20 Trauma Level Designation: Not a Trauma Center Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: Cardiac testing interpretations of TEEs, loop recorders, echocardiograms, stress tests, EKGs, tilt tables, event monitors.
