Employee Development Specialist

Support the coordination and execution of onboarding and employee development programs across the organization Manage onboarding schedules, communications, checklists, training resources, development materials, and key milestones Partner with hiring managers, HR, IT, Training, and business leaders to ensure onboarding and development activities are completed successfully and on schedule Facilitate new hire orientation sessions, onboarding events, employee experience activities, and professional development programs Build strong relationships with managers, leaders, mentors, trainers, and cross-functional partners to support employee success and development Maintain detailed program schedules, timelines, tracking tools, and implementation plans Track onboarding, training, mentorship, and employee development program participation and completion Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preference for specialization in related curricula such as: Marketing, Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field) 3–5+ years of experience designing, coordinating, and delivering employee experience, learning and development, talent growth, onboarding, and engagement initiatives that support employee development and organizational effectiveness Experience coordinating programs involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and participant groups Experience facilitating onboarding activities, employee events, training sessions, or development programs preferred Experience gathering and analyzing feedback, tracking program effectiveness, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Experience supporting early career, trainee, internship, leadership development, or mentorship programs preferred Exposure to B2B, sales, or corporate environments preferred Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams) Strong interpersonal skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in designing and coordinating employee onboarding and development programs, with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration and program effectiveness tracking.
