Chief Estimator

Hercules Fence and Hercules High Security are seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee estimating and preconstruction for one of the Mid-Atlantic's most respected specialty contractors. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the Vice President and working closely with the President/CEO. The successful candidate will lead a team of 10+ estimators and sales professionals while driving bidding strategy, estimating accuracy, team development, and growth across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of 10+ estimating and sales professionals.
• Oversee high-volume bidding and preconstruction activities.
• Review plans, specifications, takeoffs, and pricing strategies.
• Build relationships with general contractors, owners, government agencies, vendors, and industry partners.
• Drive estimating accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Help shape company growth initiatives and market strategy.
