Seeking a full-time BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join our collegial team-oriented department in western Minnesota!

Position Details:

• Join four other EM physicians
• 24-hour coverage; 12-hour shifts, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m., single coverage (1am-9am). Additional coverage during peak volume times.
• Flexible scheduling
• 11 shifts/month, with occasional opportunity to pick up additional shifts
• Patient Volume: Average 16-18 a day
• Annual volume; 13,000-14,000 patient visits per year
• Level III Trauma Center
• Newly remodeled emergency room
• Top Performing Rural Hospitals - Chartis
• NP/PA coverage weekdays and weekends (9am-1am, 7 days a week)
• EPIC DAX ambient voice for clinical documentation
• Regional service area 97,000
• Ability to be involved with leadership
• Physician led organization

Compensation/Benefits:

• Competitive income guarantees with production incentives
• $255+ an hour
• Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
