Learning Manager

Leading the Learning Support function within the Performance and Learning Support department, the full-time Learning Manager will design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and training programs while managing the Learning Support team in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Design and enhance a learning framework focused on outcome-based performance enablement and oversee new hire onboarding Observe training sessions, provide feedback to trainers, and ensure quality and consistency standards are met Lead and develop the Learning Support team, managing scheduling and coordinating training activities across the division Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in health insurance, legal, property casualty, or a related field Minimum of two years of subrogation file handling experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred Demonstrated experience in adult education, including curriculum design and facilitation Excellent knowledge of the subrogation process and ability to design effective training programs Experience in instructional design or performance consulting is a plus
