Service Advisor

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (uncapped) Job Description We are one of the fastest growing automotive shops in the area and we are looking for a service advisor with a positive attitude to join our team. If you are tired of working retail hours or weekends, feel stuck in your current job with no room for advancement, or bored at work, this is the opportunity for you. We are a high‑volume shop where you must be able to multi‑task well and work under pressure. Ideal candidates have automotive service experience, can handle 15 cars per day, and have a track record of selling $150k per month or more. Responsibilities Greet customers and keep them informed about their vehicles. Show and explain needed work and sell recommended repairs. Maintain a clean and professional front area. Facilitate strong communication between technician and customer. Document all work and information regarding customer vehicles. Work closely with the Parts Manager to assist with daily tasks. Qualifications and Skills GED required; college preferred but not required. Strong phone skills with high emphasis on incoming calls to bring customers into the shop. Strong sales ability is highly preferred. Knowledge of cars is not required; technicians will explain repairs. Proficient with computers; experience with cloud‑based shop management and online parts ordering. Good hygiene and cleanliness; professional front counter role with business casual dress. Must be highly energetic, friendly, sociable, grounded, smiling, with a great tone of voice.
