As a Benefits Member Services Representative , you'll handle inbound calls and messages related to prescription authorizations. You'll use advanced systems to research healthcare providers and secure insurance approvals—all while delivering empathetic, HIPAA-compliant service. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and messages from members regarding prescription authorizations Verify caller identity and details in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Research insurance providers and obtain authorization to fulfill prescription orders Maintain accurate records and documentation Provide empathetic and professional communication throughout each interaction Qualifications Associate degree or higher (Required and Verified) Previous call center experience Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations Excellent listening and communication skills Experience with medical claims is a plus Bilingual fluency in English and one additional language is a plus Must be able to commute daily to Earth City, MO Why Apply?
