Senior IT Analyst

Role Description

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for leading high complexity projects and key operational initiatives with technology driven solutions as part of the Product Management team.

• Own the creation and documentation of requirements that lead directly to solving key business challenges.
• Work both independently and cross functionally across IT and operational departments.
• Conduct competitive research and analyze data.
• Define and work with other members on the team to provide estimates for features as directed.
• Create applicable technology user guides.
• Provide status updates to internal leaders throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Lead functional and integration testing.
• Monitor post-implementation activities.

The successful candidate must have the ability to effectively translate and document operational needs into clear business requirements and manage day to day support of designated product portfolio under an agile environment.

• Responsible for mentoring and guiding the analyst team.
