Crestview Cadillac is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cadillac Product Specialist & Online Service Scheduler to join our team in Rochester Hills, MI. In this dual role, you will leverage your expertise in Cadillac vehicles to provide exceptional product knowledge and support, while efficiently managing online service scheduling to enhance our customers' service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance and detailed information about Cadillac vehicles to prospective and current customers.
Manage and coordinate online service appointments efficiently to optimize shop workflow and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and customer experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cadillac products, services, and promotions.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through online scheduling platforms.
Help identify opportunities to enhance online service scheduling processes and improve user experience.

Requirements

Automotive knowledge or aptitude to learn both internal combustion and electric powertrains, features, and specifications.
Experience in automotive sales, product specialists, or service scheduling preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge and proficiency with computers and computer management systems.
Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training is a plus.
