Corporate Paralegal (Business/Finance) - 26-00304

Oxford Solutions is working with a client to hire an experienced Corporate Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity. This is a direct hire, fully onsite role supporting attorneys in corporate, finance, and transactional law matters.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of business-related legal activities including entity formation, corporate governance, and financial transactions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys with corporate and transactional legal matters including business formation, restructuring, and related activities
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as formation documents, operating agreements, bylaws, resolutions, and dissolution paperwork
• Conduct legal research and compile data to support client matters
• File legal documents with state and federal agencies
• Maintain and organize both physical and electronic legal files, ensuring accuracy and version control
• Track case and matter status, maintaining organized records and client directories
• Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate directly with clients, attorneys, and third-party contacts to support ongoing matters
• Assist with correspondence, reports, and general legal documentation
• Track billable time and support billing processes
• Collaborate with legal team members on larger projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in corporate or business law
• Paralegal certificate or related legal training
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with DocuSign and Adobe tools
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Comfort working with legal technology and document management systems
