A respected Pittsburgh law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its Litigation and ERISA practice groups.


Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• MUST have timekeeping/billable hours experience
• Strong Microsoft Office, Adobe, and DocuSign skills
• Experience with federal court filings is a plus
• Experience with ERISA, employment law, labor law, or complex litigation preferred
• Familiarity with Aderant, iManage, Relativity, CaseMap, or Trial Director is a plus

What You'll Do:

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
• Manage discovery, document production, and court filings
• Conduct legal research and case management
• Track billable time and assist with client billing
• Coordinate deadlines and maintain case files

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a sophisticated litigation practice.


Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
