Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Participate in continuous professional development and training. Assist in the management of labor and delivery emergencies. Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes. Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately. Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care. Support a culture of accountability and individual performance. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives. Maintain high visibility of work activities and results. Experience / Qualifications Current RN license in Arizona with experience in labor and delivery. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in nursing. Strong understanding of labor and delivery protocols and best practices. Experience in managing labor and delivery emergencies effectively. Willingness to engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Strong documentation skills for accurate patient care activities and outcomes. Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols in healthcare settings.
