People Operations Coordinator (Contractor) Postman | Posted Mar 12 | Contract We are seeking a highly organized and proactive People Operations Coordinator to support our team during a period of rapid growth and system transitions. This role will play a critical part in ensuring data integrity, streamlining onboarding processes, maintaining employee documentation, and supporting day-to-day People Operations tasks and projects. Key Responsibilities HR Systems & Data Management: support data migration and cleanup from Rippling to Workday; collaborate with the People team for accurate data entry and maintenance; handle employee document download, archiving, data review, and reconciliation. Employee Documentation & Compliance: manage employee files, upload key documents, support remote I‑9 completion and verification, review background checks, draft People Action Notice letters, assist with benefits questions. Operational Support: manage Jira tickets with timely follow‑up, monitor People Ops Slack channel, track compliance trainings, run bi‑weekly onboarding report, provide backup coverage during PTO. Onboarding & New Hire Support: assist with new hire onboarding, including orientation, training bootcamp, training reminders, and scheduling. General Project & Administrative Support: support various People Operations projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in People/HR Operations or a related administrative role. Experience with HR systems such as Rippling and Workday a plus. Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Compensation Hourly rate of $35–$40 plus a competitive equity package. This is a contract role and exempt from benefits.
