Client Services Manager - REMOTE

Client Services Manager – Remote We are seeking a proactive leader to manage multiple client service programs and ensure customer satisfaction, consistency, and retention. Primary Responsibilities Manage client renewals, service instructions, pricing, reporting, and contracts for assigned accounts. Serve as the primary client contact, driving customer satisfaction and retention. Oversee invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up. Analyze and communicate loss data and cost drivers to clients. Coordinate projects, identify service issues, and support cross‑selling opportunities. Lead and develop team members, including hiring, performance management, and coaching. Support quality initiatives and perform additional duties as needed. Travel as required. Qualifications Education & Licensing: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Colleague to pursue CPCU, AIC and/or ARM or other related designation required. Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred. Licensing / Jurisdiction Knowledge: California Workers Compensation claims experience required. Compensation Starting pay range $100,000–$107,000 per year in the specified jurisdiction, influenced by skill set, experience, and location. Benefits Flexible work schedule.
