Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Established group in western Maryland with two practices is excited to announce they are partnering with a rescue mission and opening a new clinic in in January 2026. The practice is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality family medicine that is built upon Christian values. This is an employed, outpatient only position where the expected patient load is 3 to 4 patients hourly.

Schedule is Monday through Friday with a late night per week. We do tend to provide a shadowing/training period while awaiting credentialing as this allows providers to be ready to hit the ground running once fully credentialed. This also provides a source of revenue for the provider as they are waiting for credentialing.

We provide a unique opportunity for our physicians to pursue meaningful relationships with their patients by following a more traditional model of health care in which our physicians have diversity of care and responsibility. The continuity of care aligns with our mission to pursue valuable relationships with our patients.

The location of our practices our private practices, located in leverages the best of both worlds encompassing practice in our beautiful four season, Appalachian Mountain towns while being only a few hours from large East Coast amenities including areas like Washington DC, and Pittsburgh.
