• Experience: Preferred 2+ years in hospitalist medicine

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $150/hour during orientation, competitive pay package thereafter
• Weekly Pay Schedule via direct deposit

What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient care to hospitalized patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Collaborate effectively with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and follow-up care
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards
• Participate in after-hours and on-call responsibilities as needed

What You Need:

• Active medical license in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a hospitalist or in inpatient medicine
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• BLS, ACLS certifications (preferred)
