Must manage to sales budget and personnel plan monthly. Driving sales and execution in market by creating actionable plans, training and developing the sales force, and evaluating performance at every step. Excellent communication with Division Sales Director, Operations Manager, and James Edward and Companies.Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop the organization to ensure objectives are met or exceeded and that sales and distribution targets are flawlessly executed to standardEvaluate total market conditions, competitive threats, and changing local dynamics which may impact volume and share as well as other business metricsWith the DSD, define weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) priorities, strategies, and goals by coordinating with cross functional departments, to ensure the attainment of volume planDrive accountability by spending time in the market working side-by-side with District Managers providing training, feedback / coaching, and evaluating performance as well as market conditions.Complete annual performance reviews with all direct reports, building and supporting Development Plans.Trains, develops, and ensures that direct reports receive the direction and support needed to over deliver against monthly sales and execution plans.Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices; act as a major contributor/leader among peer group.Serve as a safety champion, driving awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement in all company and warehouse safety practices.Ensure all packages on promotion are executed with impactful displays.Other duties as assignedQualificationsDuties/Responsibilities:Strong communication and organizational skillsGood mathematical skillsCurrent driver's license with clean driving recordPhysical Requirements:Repeatedly lifting 25 pounds including overhead.Ability to stand and walk frequently.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must have a valid DOT.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 5 years of experience in similar position in lieu of educationPreferred prior sales experienceKnowledge of beverage market preferredCompensation/Benefits:401k with 4% company matchMedical, dental, and vision coverageCompany paid life insurance paid time off after introductory periodPaid company holidaysCompany provided phoneCompany provided vehicle
