Director, Executive Protection - Foster City, CA

Responsibilities

• Conduct security advances and threat assessments for executive travel, events, and residences globally
• Deliver travel safety briefings to executives and flight crews, including high-risk international locations
• Coordinate security logistics for stockholder meetings, board meetings, and high-profile corporate events
• Oversee third-party vendors and intelligence integration with Corporate Security teams
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, legal, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years
• 12+ years law enforcement experience; federal agency or protection background preferred
• LEOSA credentials and ability to obtain Federal Air Marshal Service ASO certification
• Valid passport for international travel (~30%) and valid driver's license
• Corporate security team experience and proficiency with executive protection technology
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and work effectively with senior executives and government representatives
• Strong crisis decision-making, analytical skills, and self-directed work style
