You are the ideal candidate who will provide high level of technical support in the field, manage installation and support projects, train dealer technicians on current product line, provide and fill out all appropriate documentation. You have problem solving skills, technical capacity, time and project management, customer/client centric, good oral and written skills, and has the ability to multitask. Summary of Duties: Consult on pre-installation site spec Work closely with teams to coordinate projects for installations and service visits Coordinate with management and maintain an accurate calendar Communicate appropriately with management, sales team, and dealer partners through all stages of projects Maintain knowledge of all Planmeca product lines and all other matters that affect the dental industry Periodically conduct trainings for dealer technicians on current product line Attend regular field team conference calls Consistently present and maintain professionalism, appearance, and condition in personal and company owned equipment Creates technical instructions, updates manuals for the ASE team Creates video lessons for end-users Trains end-users at all levels All other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Training and Experience Experience in technical support/ IT support. Experience in medical or dental industries Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. Problem solving skills Type 20 words or more per minute Ability to interact and communicate with all Planmeca employees A valid driver's license (good driving record) and a passport PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift up to 70lbs. Work hours are Monday - Friday from 08:30am - 05:00pm, working extended hours, weekends and national holidays maybe expected. WORKING CONDITIONS: This is a remote position. Job incumbent will be working out of their home, however job incumbent will(may) be required to be at Hoffman Estates office. This is a 100% travel position.
