ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With over 40 years of experience with State Farm, Ive dedicated my entire career to serving customers and building strong relationships. I started right out of college in Auto Claims, spent 12 years there, and opened my agency in 1996. Since then, weve built a strong foundation centered on trust, service, and long-term relationships.

Our team includes six full-time and two part-time members who work closely together in a supportive, collaborative environment. We take pride in delivering a high level of service while maintaining a positive, team-first culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for David Frederickson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
