Required Skills: * Current NBCRNA certification * Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications * Full Michigan state license (or ability to obtain promptly) * Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a hospital setting * Proven ability to manage adult patients and select pediatric cases * Experience with general, neurosurgical, and MAC anesthesia * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Proficiency in documentation using Epic EMR Nice to Have Skills: * Prior experience in trauma or emergency settings * Advanced airway management skills * Familiarity with sedation procedures and ventilation management * Bilingual abilities Preferred Education and Experience: * Master s degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia * At least 3 years of recent hospital-based anesthesia practice * Prior locum experience in a Level 1 trauma or academic hospital Other Requirements: * Ability to work flexible day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours; no on-call or weekend shifts * Reliable transportation for mileage reimbursement * Commitment to ongoing safety protocols and quality improvement initiatives This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $201.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
