Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Massachusetts PT credential required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric healthcare preferred
- Proficiency with treatment planning and therapy for young children
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students in grades K-4
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans to support educational goals
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster a collaborative approach to student development
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with all policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
