A day in the life As the COBRA Benefits Operations Manager on the COBRA Benefits Team , you’ll lead and be responsible for an important service function within the COBRA Practice. This senior management role reports directly to the Practice Leader and is part of the Flex Practice Management Team. It is a single incumbent position.
