Personal Injury Case Manager

Personal Injury Case Management Team Member
We are looking for detail-oriented, customer service-driven candidates who, upon completion of our training program, will join our Personal Injury Case Management Team.
They will possess the ability to:
- Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases, at the direction of their supervising attorney, through the use of a variety of case management programs and procedures.
- Learn, understand, and execute the firm's personal injury case management process and procedures according to written and/or verbal instructions.
- Establish and maintain client relationships through verbal or written correspondence as well as face-to-face interactions.
- Accurately update and maintain client case information.
- Work with supervising attorney and other staff members to ensure the rights of the client, as well as the professional integrity of the firm, are preserved and maintained.
- Build a rapport with clients and serve as a client liaison for supervising attorneys and other staff.
This position is a full-time, in-office position. Hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with 1-hour lunch breaks, at our Duluth, GA location.
