Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic role supporting students across K-12th grades in Texas, where your expertise as a speech-language pathologist or speech-language pathology assistant can make a lasting impact. This full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity begins at the start of the 2025-2026 school year, with your first day on August 14, 2025. You’ll engage with students and educators at 1-2 sites, dedicating 37.5 hours per week to fostering an inclusive, communicative school environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field for SLP, or relevant associate’s/bachelor’s for SLPA
• Active Texas licensure as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Previous experience working in school settings is preferred
• Ability to effectively support students in K-12th grades
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Comfortable managing a traditional (not virtual/VOCO) caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across a range of needs and grade levels
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student success
• Maintain thorough records and compliance with school and state regulations
• Contribute to a positive and supportive learning atmosphere across sites
