Director of Product Marketing

Adobe is seeking a strategic, growth oriented Director of Product Marketing to join our dynamic Adobe Advertising. This is an outstanding opportunity to build the future of Adobe's advertising business in today's era of AI and Innovation. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will help define roadmap for product success and drive high-impact execution of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a world-class product marketing and strategy team.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.

• Build compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.

• Amplify market awareness through integrated marketing strategies, spanning thought-leadership and product launches.

• Collaborate with sales organization on GTM enablement & execution to drive business growth.

• Represent Adobe Advertising at industry events, conferences and high-profile customer meetings.

Requirements

• Proven track record in product marketing, with at least 8 years of experience.

• Deep domain expertise in Ad Tech / Mar Tech.

• Outstanding leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

• Demonstrated ability to compete in a fast-paced, competitive market.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $170,000 -- $320,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $221,000 - $320,000

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
