Senior Product Manager, Patient Marketing Location: Cambridge, MA Sanofi Rare Diseases is modernizing its business model to deliver new therapies and maintain leadership in the pharma environment. The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in maintaining Sanofi’s commitment to Rare Disease, driving a personalized, optimized patient experience and improving patient outcomes. Main Responsibilities Drive development and execution of omnichannel patient campaigns, including digital, social, and CRM. Develop patient education materials, including decks and leave-behinds. Play a key role in launch planning and execution, ensuring strong patient marketing readiness. Identify and execute opportunities to expand reach and impact. Hold decision‑making responsibility for patient engagement and related activities. Understand patient unmet needs and deepen engagement through CareConnect PSS. Collaborate cross‑functionally to align objectives with brand strategy. Continuously optimize customer engagement and disease/product education. Establish objectives and metrics to measure total customer value; partner with analytics teams to track KPIs, performance analytics, and ROI by channel. Develop supporting materials to accompany patient education programs. About You / Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong track record of strategic decision‑making, innovation, and problem‑solving. Experience working in large, multidisciplinary teams and influencing without authority. Digital‑forward mindset. Bachelor’s degree required. Ability to travel 25% within the US. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $122,250.00 – $176,583.33.
