Your key duties will include:Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Lead the customer bid process from opportunity identification through proposal submission and award management.Manage customer contracts, renewals, pricing schedules, and compliance requirements.Maintain and administer customer pricing structures and contract-based pricing agreements.Partner with accounting and billing teams to resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies.Support customer accounts by resolving operational, service, billing, and delivery-related concerns.Serve as an escalation resource for complex customer service issues.Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Accounting teams to ensure customer expectations are met.Analyze bid results and contract performance to support future business decisions.Who You Are:We’re looking for ambitious go-getters who have:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExceptional attention to detail and analytical thinkingExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsKey Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; a combination of education and experience considered in lieu of a degree.3–7 years of experience in contract administration, pricing management, bid management, customer account management, or a related fieldExperience working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or project management toolsPrevious experience supporting cross-functional teams in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environmentsReady to Build a Future with C&S?If you're a proactive problem-solver who thrives on organization, customer service, and process improvement, we'd love to hear from you!
