Sales Professional

As a member of a sales team, the sales professional is responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships within a defined territory. Identifies opportunities for account growth while offering customers a full array of value-added services.

Essential Functions

• Acquire, develop and expand customer revenue
• High level of negotiation skills needed to implement complex pricing programs, logistics optimization, and aligning customers' needs to strategic goals of the company.
• Exhibiting outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and listening to learn the customer's business and leverages emerging technology and internal systems to drive compelling business proposition.
• Coordinates and collaborates with internal functional teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
• Manage and execute key success factors to meet quarterly goals.
• Strong business acumen skills, project management skills and ability to generate creative solutions based on customer needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent and two (2) years of business-to-business sales or related Company business experience required.

Minimum Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to travel overnight as required.

Job Conditions

Moderate travel required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in global supply chain, experience working large enterprise accounts, and strategic negotiation skills.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: $6,750/mo - $10,450/mo

Additional Details:

This is a customer-facing role that requires regular in-person meetings. Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of Chico, CA or Pacheco, CA or surrounding cities within the territory.
