Logistics Clerk Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 21.00 to $ 30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Receive incoming materials, components, supplies, and finished goods and verify quantities against packing slips, purchase orders, and other receiving documentation.
• Ensure all required Certificates of Conformance (CoC), Inspection Reports (IRs) or other critical documents are present.
• Process receiving transactions in the QAD ERP system and ensuring inventory records are accurate and up to date.
• Inspect incoming shipments for visible damage and report discrepancies, shortages, or quality concerns to Purchasing and Quality departments.
• Label, identify, and route received materials to appropriate inventory location.
• Review shipping reports generated in QAD, review with commercial department and production to ensure on-time delivery. Work with Accounting department to process credit releases when required. Generate shipping documents including packing slips, bills of lading, certificates, export documentation, and carrier paperwork as required.

Logistics Clerk Qualifications:

• 5+ years of logistics experience to include international shipping/receiving
• HS Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift 50-75lbs
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and squat
• Computer skills are required, must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Freight experience is a must
