What You'll Do
- Process and maintain accurate payroll for employees
- Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
- Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee records management
- Answer employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
- Help improve and streamline payroll and HR processes
- Assist with special HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and company events
- Maintain confidentiality while providing excellent internal customer service
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of payroll, HR, or related administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Desire to build a long-term career in Human Resources
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Self-starter who enjoys identifying opportunities for improvement
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to bring fresh ideas to the team
