Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that clearly outline therapy goals and approaches tailored to each client.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing a spectrum of mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare providers, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed of best practices and therapeutic methodologies.

• Contribute innovative ideas and insights aimed at improving service delivery and the overall effectiveness of therapy programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Revive Your Minds, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with significant emotional and psychological challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, each with distinct stories and strengths. The primary goal of your work will be to help clients navigate their difficulties and achieve personal growth, enabling them to overcome obstacles and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license or certification in New York State as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW is required.
\n
• A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience working with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus but not mandatory.

• Prior work in a community health setting is favorable, providing familiarity with the client population we serve.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
