Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Pharmaceutical Industry QUICK FACTS

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
- 2+ years supporting Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably WorkDay)
- Coordinate interview scheduling across teams and time zones
- Support candidate experiences with communication and logistics
- Manage background checks, verifications, and vendor coordination
- Maintain data accuracy within recruiting systems and reports
- Collaborate with hiring teams on requisition workflows and approvals
