Retail Office Assistant

$14 - $16 per hour

Retail Office Assistant Starting Salary: $14 - 16 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities Store Office Assistants are responsible for supporting sales associates, customers, and store management, processing payments and finance applications, answering delivery questions, assisting with customer care responsibilities, answering phones, and various other office duties as assigned. Qualifications Over one year of relevant experience preferred Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally Education High school diploma/GED or higher Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance - Full Time 30 hour or more 401(k) Employee assistance program Employee discount Life insurance Paid time off Paid training Rooms To Go is an equal opportunity employer.
