We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager for our Labor and Delivery unit in Santa Monica, CA. This full-time leadership role involves overseeing a high-volume, Magnet®-designated hospital known for exceptional patient care, including a level 3 NICU for high-risk infants. Responsibilities include leading and supervising clinical staff, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with physicians and department managers, and managing resources within the unit . The role requires knowledge of best practices in obstetrical care, effective communication, and leadership skills . Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, California RN license, BLS certification, 4+ years of supervisory experience in acute care, and labor & delivery nursing expertise .
