Door-to-Door Sales Canvassing Manager - Home Remodeling

Renuity is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead neighborhood outreach for our home remodeling services, including bath, window, and door projects. You will recruit, train, and coach a team of canvassers, plan daily turf and schedules, and ensure high-quality homeowner interactions that generate qualified leads for sales. The role includes tracking KPIs, reporting results, and optimizing scripts and approaches to hit performance goals. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and operations, uphold Renuity’s professional, customer-focused standards, and support a positive, accountable team culture in the field.
