RN Field Clinical Care Coordinator , you will be an essential element of an Integrated Care Model by relaying pertinent information about members’ needs, advocating for the best possible care, and ensuring they have the right services to meet their needs. If you reside within the Boston, MA market , you will have the flexibility to work telecommute* as you take on some challenges. This is a field-based role.
