Project Lead, Impact Strategy and Partnerships

Project Lead, Impact Strategy and Partnerships Office of the CEO – intersection of business, philanthropy, and public engagement. Responsible for coordinating philanthropic investments, relationship engagement, financial and procurement processes, and event operations to support Salesforce’s CEO and executive leadership. Responsibilities Corporate Partnerships & Philanthropy Operations Manage portfolio of corporate sponsorships, donations, and philanthropic partnerships end‑to‑end (procurement, compliance, stakeholder communications, relationships). Serve as internal liaison between the Office of the CEO, partner organizations, and cross‑functional teams. Track and report partnership milestones, impact, and event engagement; ensure accurate reconciliation through SH360. Support high‑level partnerships providing employee/programming experiences; manage event logistics, communications, and on‑site execution. Negotiate and manage strategic membership on behalf of the Office of the CEO, coordinating engagement and impact. Event Planning & Executive Engagement Produce and execute high‑volume calendar of corporate philanthropy and stakeholder events (galas, check presentations, roundtables, executive convenings). Manage speakers, creative assets, guest lists, and REWS coordination end‑to‑end. Partner with philanthropy team to manage grantee relationships and execute giving announcements tied to partnership milestones. Coordinate large‑scale employee volunteer events across departments to maximize participation and VTO impact. Provide white glove support to Office of the CEO Advisors. Financial Operations & Budget Management Own end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay processes for corporate donations and sponsorships (PO creation, Coupa/MPC processing, invoice submission, payment tracking). Partner with finance partners and accounts payable to reconcile large‑scale philanthropy portfolio and expedite invoice processing. Vendor & Supplier Management Primary point of contact for new supplier onboarding (NDA routing, DocuSign processing, Purchaseforce submissions, commodity code verification). Navigate compliance (SMCA waivers, international onboarding, tax‑form processing). Manage multiple concurrent procurement cases across Legal, Procurement Ops, Finance, and HR, including active escalations. Operational Strategy & Innovation Ensure proper vetting, compliance, and ethics for all fund recipients. Track new applications, bots, agents, and other innovation tools. Implement complex processes, compliance, and legal guidelines for corporate sponsorships, donations, and partnerships. Use SH360 for reporting, tracking, and data collection. Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years in corporate philanthropy, project management, operations, or event engagement, preferably in a fast‑paced corporate or executive office environment. Excellent people skills, enthusiastic partnership approach, and ability to pivot gracefully. Strong command of Procure‑to‑Pay processes and procurement tools (Coupa, MPC, Purchaseforce, Fieldglass/StaffUp). Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance across multiple concurrent workstreams. Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior executives and external partners. Experience with AI platforms, V2MOM, and CRM tools is a plus. Compensation Base salary range: $75,000 – $113,500 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, base salary range: $90,200 – $124,000 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include potential bonus, equity, or benefits.
