Company: Compass Business Group
Pay: $75,000$95,000/year (draw pay, commissions, bonuses)
Location: Remote/Hybrid | Local B2B Sales
Schedule: MondayFriday, weekends as needed

Who You Are:

Motivated by helping others and seeing the positive results of your work
Empathetic, professional, and a strong communicator
Skilled at listening, guiding conversations, and presenting solutions
Licensed in Health & Life Insurance (or willing to obtain; licensing reimbursement available)
Former military, law enforcement, or service experience is a plus but not required
