Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and relational dynamics during initial intake sessions.

• Develop tailored therapy plans that address each client's unique emotional and relational needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or narrative therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each session, including treatment progress and outcomes, to ensure compliance with clinic policies and standards.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to design innovative therapeutic programs and workshops that enhance client engagement and support.

• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in behavioral health to continually improve care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families dealing with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Our clinic is dedicated to addressing the needs of marginalized and underserved communities, making cultural competence and sensitivity vital in providing effective care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Possession of a valid LMFT license in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical settings, with strong skills in therapeutic modalities.

• Superb communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
