Job brief

We are looking for a Customer Relations Manager to join Starlight Cruise & Travel. You will oversee customer interactions, enhance satisfaction levels, and drive loyalty through effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership. Your enthusiasm and strategic approach will ensure our customers experience the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage customer relations activities to ensure a consistently high level of service.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and expectations.
Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally to improve satisfaction and retention.
Support the development of customer-focused strategies that drive loyalty and revenue growth.
Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve processes, service quality, and client experience.
Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
