We Have Great Training, But You Should Have These Basics Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates Ability to use handheld scanners and other technology Effective communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to resolve guest questions quickly Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks Role Expectations and Responsibilities Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards, signage, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and support guest needs Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backroom as needed Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising to capacity Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests Remerchandise presentations as items sell through Support price change processes with signage where applicable Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise between fitting room and salesfloor Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance Work safely and comply with safety policies, reporting hazards as needed Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) with policy compliance Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting guests during daily tasks Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping with Target All other duties based on business needs Benefits and Accessibility Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond at Benefits eligibility information: Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA): Target will make reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
