Manufacturing HR Business Partner: People & Compliance

GTI Fabrication in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with site leadership to implement programs, coach an HR Coordinator, and ensure processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company culture.
This role covers onboarding, HRIS data management, payroll support, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives.
