Technical Recruiter (R&D) Edinburgh The Role We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our R&D organisation. This includes Product Engineers, AI/LLM Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers. You’ll work across disciplines, partnering with leaders to build balanced, high-performing teams. This is a hands‑on role. You’ll need strong sourcing, good judgement across different roles, and the ability to run high‑quality processes end to end. What you’ll do Own hiring across engineering, product, and design Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing across the UK and Europe Identify and engage high‑quality candidates across multiple disciplines Partner with engineering, product, and design leaders to define roles and hiring plans Run end‑to‑end hiring processes, from role kick‑off to offer Maintain a high bar on candidate quality and experience Improve hiring playbooks, interview design, and recruiting systems as we scale What we’re looking for Experience hiring across engineering and at least one of product or design Strong sourcing ability and confidence engaging passive candidates Good judgement on different role types — you understand what strong looks like across disciplines Ability to partner with technical and product stakeholders High ownership and consistency — you keep processes moving and close roles Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, evolving environment Based in Edinburgh or willing to relocate How we work We’re an in‑office team in Edinburgh.
