Has technological aptitude to navigate POS/computer/iPad/handheld systems. Available at least 20 hours per week and flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable climbing ladders, moving regularly, standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, stretching and lifting at least 40 lbs. What You’ll Do Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships internally and externally. Support service enhancers to build strong relationships, including active use of Concierge. Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas such as Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, Talbots Classic Awards. Plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of customers and the business. Seek to understand customer needs & wants through intentional conversation. Share current products and fashion trends to appropriately wardrobe, inspire and build trust. Actively participate in community/store activities and events that promote the Talbots brand. Occasionally lead/supervise others and open or close the store for business. Professionally represent the brand image.
