As a Front Office Automation Tester, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting the Trading and Front Office teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Front Office Automation TesterLocation: Charlotte, NCPay Range:What's the Job?Design and develop automated test scripts to validate trading and financial front office applications. Collaborate with front office users, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and testing priorities. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure application stability and accuracy. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues. Document test plans, test data, and test results for audit and reporting purposes.What's Needed?Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks. Understanding of trading workflows, financial instruments, and market data systems. Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Familiarity with Agile development and continuous integration tools.
