BookkeeperWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support accurate financial reporting. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on financial work and maintaining organized, up-to-date records.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable and accounts receivableMaintain general ledger and record financial transactionsReconcile bank and credit card statementsPrepare invoices, track payments, and resolve discrepanciesAssist with month-end close and basic financial reportsMaintain accurate financial records and documentationSupport audits and provide information as requestedQualifications2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experienceProficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)Strong Excel and general computer skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesAssociate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredWhy Join UsStable, full-time onsite positionConsistent schedule and clear responsibilitiesCompetitive salary based on experienceCompensation $45,000 – $50,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
